How to reorder or rotate PDF pages
Choose a PDF and wait for its pages to appear as numbered cards. Each card represents the current position in the output. Use Earlier or Later to move the page one place at a time. If a scanned page is sideways, use Rotate left or Rotate right. When the sequence looks right, select Create arranged PDF and save the downloaded copy.
When this tool is useful
It is useful when a scanner placed a cover sheet at the end, when a form must appear before its supporting pages, or when individual pages were photographed in the wrong direction. It can also help before you share a long attachment: arrange the pages so the recipient sees the most important document first.
Check the final PDF before you send it
Open the downloaded file once and check the first, middle, and last pages. Make sure the order is correct, text is upright, and no information was accidentally omitted. Keep your original PDF until you are certain the new copy is the one you need.
Privacy and limits
This tool processes the selected file locally in your browser. It does not remove passwords or repair a damaged PDF. If the file is password-protected, unlock it with a trusted method first. Very large files may take longer because your device has to load every page.
Frequently asked questions
Can I rotate only one PDF page?
Yes. Each page card has its own left and right rotation controls, so only the page you choose is changed.
Does this change my original PDF?
No. The original remains unchanged. The tool creates a new arranged PDF when you choose the download option.
Can I remove pages with this tool?
This page focuses on order and orientation. Use Split PDF Pages when you need to keep only selected pages.
