Welcome to ToolMixo. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the free online tools and content available at toolmixo.com. By using the site, you agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

4. User input and local processing
You are responsible for the information you enter and for keeping copies of original files. Do not enter confidential or sensitive information unless you understand the relevant processing behavior.

11. AI-assisted tools and generated output
Some ToolMixo features use automated or AI-assisted processing. Generated text or edited images can be incomplete, inaccurate, altered, unavailable, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing output, checking important facts, and deciding whether it is appropriate before publishing, submitting, selling, or using it in a consequential decision.
Use of an AI-assisted feature does not create a professional, advisory, medical, legal, financial, employment, or other regulated relationship between you and ToolMixo. ToolMixo does not promise that generated material is original, exclusive, error-free, or free of third-party rights.
12. User content, rights, and backups
You are responsible for having the permission and lawful basis required to enter, upload, transform, or share text, images, documents, and other material. Do not submit content that contains another person’s private information, confidential records, passwords, access tokens, or copyrighted material unless you are authorised to do so. Keep an original copy of important files because a tool may change, reject, or fail to return an input.
13. Third-party processing and advertising
Some actions may rely on third-party AI, hosting, analytics, security, advertising, or other infrastructure. Those services may have their own terms, policies, retention practices, and availability limits. ToolMixo does not control third-party systems and is not responsible for their content, decisions, outages, or privacy practices. Review the Privacy Policy and the notice on the relevant tool page before using an external-processing feature.
14. Feedback and corrections
If you report an error or suggest an improvement, provide only the minimum information needed to reproduce the issue. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, payment details, or unredacted personal records through the Contact Us form. We may use non-confidential feedback to improve the site, but we do not promise to implement every suggestion or maintain every feature indefinitely.
