Duplicate lines are easy to collect when you combine exports, copy comments from several places, or build a list over time. Removing them manually is slow and can make you delete an important entry by mistake.

Start with one item per line

Before you clean the list, make sure each email, tag, title, or product code sits on its own line. Keep a copy of the original if the list is important; a clean result is useful, but the source is your safety net.

Remove repeated entries in one pass

Decide how similar is too similar
